This page explains how Fulcrums Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal data in connection with the Fulcrums website at https://fulcrums.co.uk. The application at https://vip.fulcrums.co.uk has its own privacy notice provided in-product.
What we collect
Information you provide via the demo and contact forms (name, email, company), plus standard server logs (IP address, user-agent) for security and abuse prevention. We do not place advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry, schedule a demo, and (if you become a customer) to manage the contractual relationship. Lawful basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, contract performance under UK GDPR Article 6.
How long we keep it
Demo and contact form submissions are retained for 12 months unless you become a customer, in which case they are retained for the duration of the contract plus six years.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of processors - Formspree (form submissions), AWS SES (email delivery), and our hosting provider (Cloudflare or Vercel). All are contractually bound under UK GDPR Article 28.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@fulcrums.co.uk.
Companies House data
Information about UK companies, directors and PSCs presented on this site and in the application originates from Companies House under the Open Government Licence v3.0. This is publicly available data and is not personal data of you, the visitor.
